ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Lanca is a China-born filmmaker. She has worked on many international projects as well as Chinese productions, including the Academy-nominated documentary 'Abacus: Small Enough to Jail', the science fiction feature 'Folding City', and 'Mango Beats Oscar', a network variety show. She has also been on commercial sets as a director and producer. Her first narrative short film, 'And We Collide', has been showcased at many festivals around the world, including RozeFilmdagen, OUTFEST, LA Asian Pacific Film Festival, and Flickers' Rhode Island International Film Festival.
