'Los novios de mi madre' (My Mother's Lovers) is Samuel's first film working as a director. He has also worked as a producer on the horror short film 'The Zipe' (2016) and as a theatre producer, bringing to his state home (Chiapas, México) Junior and School Edition productions of 'Annie Jr', 'Sweeney Todd', Disney's 'Mulan Jr' and 'Aladdin Jr', 'The Phantom of the Opera' and 'Les Misérables'. He is currently in post-production on the short film “El día que te conocí' (The Day I Knew You) as well writing his first feature film 'Precoz' (Precocious Boy).
