FEATURED IN: THE SWEDISH BOYS
At the break of dawn, teenagers Axel and Love are on the way home after a night out partying. As the sun rises, they start to see each other in a whole new light... Elin Övergaard's remarkably tender portrait of the struggle to say what you mean to the person you care for the most packs a considerable emotive punch in only just a few minutes.

ABOUT THE DIRECTOR
Elin was born 1994 in Uppsala, and grew up in Sigtuna and Salt Lake City, USA. Today she is based in Stockholm as a film director, and has directed several award-winning short films. As of 2018 she is studying Film Directing at Stockholm University of the Arts. Earlier she worked as assistant director on many productions. Her most recent film, 'Who Talks' (Ingen Lyssnar) - about a new refugee home for children being discussed at a public council meeting - was in Official Competition at the Cannes Film Festival. Her films are often about the fear of being abandoned, and she likes to test how far characters are willing to go to avoid confrontation.
