ABOUT THE DIRECTOR:

Quentin began his artistic career in Quebec at the University of Montreal (Film Studies) before returning to France. In 2018, he co-founded the Plurielles Film Festival in Compiègne with Laurence Meunier, which celebrates inclusion and women in contemporary international cinema. In 2019, he founded production company IRRIX FILMS and released his first documentary in theaters in 2020, ‘PYGMALIONNES', in which eleven inspiring women from French cinema discuss the realities of the post Me-too era. In 2022, he wrote and directed the short film ‘IMPATIENTES’, aiming to portray a realistic image of psychiatry in France. His latest, ‘SUNFLOWERS AT NIGHT’, is a more intimate film in which Quentin steps out of his comfort zone by taking on the lead role.
