ABOUT THE DIRECTOR

Renato Muro was born on the island of Ischia in 1986, but grew up on the neighbouring island of Procida. After graduating in Painting at the Palizzi State Art Institute in Naples, he attended ACT Multimedia, University of Cinema and Television.
In 2015 he graduated in Directing at the Centro sperimentale di cinematografia (Italian National Film School) under the guidance of Daniele Luchetti. He has made several documentaries and short films, including "Il Manichino", "Cosmic Anxiety" and "Colla". His work focuses on adolescence, gender identity and the discovery of sexuality. |
