Thomas Buisson has been working on film sets as an electrician since 2013. His meetings with directors Stan Neumann, Samuel Collardey and Benoit Delépine, as well as his affinity for documentary cinema, pushed him in 2017 to make a short film, "Claude on the run", which was selected at the Clermont Ferrand festival in 2019. "The Squirrel" is his sophomore film. Thomas is particularly interested in cinema that intersects between reality and fiction.
